How long to setup/take down a pop-up tent camper w/ hydraulic lift?
It seems most people say a pop up tent camper doesn’t really save you in set up/take down time. Doesn’t that depend on what you’re comparing it to? I want to compare against my tent, screen tent, and outdoor camp gear like stove, cookware, etc that must be set up outside on the picnic table. It usually takes us about THREE hours to pack up and go home w/ our tent, screen tent and misc camp gear and precisely load it all into our vehicle. Plus aren’t you able to preload your pop-up camper for a future trip that will save you time the day you want to travel, like leaving cookware inside the camper and having your sleeping bags already on the bed?
Coleman’s tent trailer says it takes about 5 minutes
